Reseda 'White Mignonette'
Reseda 'White Mignonette'
White mignonette is a sweet-smelling wild plant which has found its way into back gardens across the world. In Europe it has been cultivated since ancient times and is foraged as a delectable wild plant in Greece and Italy. We love it for its wispy spires of star shaped flowers which grow up to 1m tall. The flowers have a sweet honey scent - not quite as strong as its cousin Reseda odorata, but enough to add another dimension to summer bouquets.
