April is a brilliant time to start sowing flower seeds. In the UK, there's still time to sow hardy annuals as well as starting off half-hardy annuals such as cosmos and strawflowers. April Flower Seeds to Sow - undercover (in a greenhouse or windowsill)
Malope (Vulcan is my favourite)
Balloon Vine (these are so cool!)
Acroclinium (sometimes called Helipterum)
Zinnia
More Cosmos (you can never have enough cosmos)
April Flower Seeds to Sow - undercover or outside (ideally in pots, unless directed otherwise)
Poppies (best sown direct into soil)
Ammi majus
Cerinthe
Dill
