Sunflower 'Vanilla Ice'
Sunflower 'Vanilla Ice'
One of our all time favorite sunflowers - we grow it every year. Vanilla Ice is really eye-catching - the creamy yellow petals contrast with its dark centers - and meld seamlessly with other late summer bouquet ingredients like grasses and seed pods. Looks stunning at the back of a garden border and the seeds bring loads of finches to the garden in autumn.
Vanilla Ice is a totally different species to most sunflowers available. It's a cucumber-leaved sunflower. We've long been fans of these incredibly prolific, highly branched flowers because of their versatility in flower arrangements.
